Ordering

Placing an order is very simple – add items to the cart, where you can also change the quantity or remove them, and by clicking "Buy" and entering the delivery details, you will be able to make the payment and complete the order!

If you are purchasing as a legal entity and need an invoice, please indicate during the purchase that you are buying as a legal entity and fill in the information.

You can pay for goods in the online store in the following ways:

  • By bank transfer
  • Through the automatic internet banking system

For your convenience, we also accept orders by phone +371 29218188 or by contacting us via email listed in the CONTACTS section. This way, you can place an order for a quantity greater than possible in the online store

Goods delivery terms

A courier will deliver the goods purchased in the www.naturaldogsnacks.lv e-store to the address you specified, right to your door anywhere in Latvia. Before delivery, the courier will contact you at the provided phone number. Orders are not delivered on weekends and public holidays.

Delivery with Venipak courier service to your home or workplace (delivers parcels up to 16 kg)

  • If the order value is €100 or more – delivery is FREE.
  • For orders up to €100, delivery with Venipak courier in Europe– €20
  • We hand over shipments to the Venipak courier only once a week, on Wednesdays until 14:00. Therefore, the receipt of your shipment depends on the order day, time, and payment.

Please note: when paying by bank transfer, your ordered goods will be sent only after the money is received in our account.

If the client provides incorrect delivery data (recipient's name, surname, address, postal code, contact phone), the delivery time of the order may change. If the delivery data changes, please inform us as soon as possible by email at naturaldogsnackslv@gmail.com or by calling customer service at +371 29218188

IMPORTANT! The seller cannot always guarantee that the ordered goods will reach the client within the specified time. Due to unforeseen circumstances, such as an increased number of shipments during holidays or carrier logistics errors, delivery may be delayed.

When receiving the shipment, be sure to check the condition of the package. If you notice package damage, you have the right to refuse the shipment. By accepting the shipment, it is considered delivered without damage.

After placing the order, you will receive emails about the order status to the specified email address. If you have received an automatic email about delivery, but still have not received it, please contact the specified contact persons as soon as possible. Goods return policy

You cannot return goods purchased in the www.naturaldogsnacks.lv online store. Exchange of goods is not performed.
